Thank you for shopping with KOROA. All of our products are made especially for you once you place an order. This allows us to offer unique designs while avoiding unnecessary waste — but it also means shipping may take a bit longer than with traditional retailers.
Order Processing Time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is shipped. This includes production, packaging, and quality control.
Estimated Shipping Times
- United States: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
